If you see the below information logged in your '/var/log/nukona/appcenter-setup.log' file upon trying to install the 5.4.1 version of Mobility Suite, then the 'mysql' dependency needs to be installed:

You can install 'mysql' by typing in the below command from the Terminal on your Mobility Suite Front End Server:
yum -y install mysql
Upon successful installation of this pre-requisite package, you can proceed to attempt installation or upgrade of Mobility Suite 5.4.1 again by using the below command from the directory where the .iso file is mounted:
./setup.sh
