When implementing Monitoring and Alerting part of Server Management suite. The attached guide covers areas that should be reviewed or considered.
It is important to start to monitor what you need and add/build onto this where needed. I would normally start with the Top 5 Service Desk Incidents and drive automated remediation around those alone.
