Overview of the Symantec Technology Enabled Program (STEP)
The Symantec Technology Enabled Program (STEP) facilitates unique partnerships with technology companies interested in establishing interoperability between their product offerings and Symantec’s products and solutions. Through standardized development tools and test procedures, partners have the opportunity to integrate, test, and certify their products with Symantec technologies resulting in increased market opportunity.
STEP enables integration with many Symantec solutions, including Cluster Server, Enterprise Vault, NetBackup, Scan Engine and Storage Foundation. Services include access to SDKs, developer support, training, and certification tools.
