As you know, the DLP Agent log are encrypted defaultly, and the admin need the special tool to decrypt the log. But, on DLP 11.x, the admin can pull and collect the DLP Agent log from Enforce Console. Here is the simple instruction: 1. Log into DLP Enforce Console 2. 'System' --> 'Agents' --> 'Overview', select the agent that you want to pull the log:
3. Click 'Actions' button, choose 'Pull Logs':
4. Select the log you want to pull out, 'Sevices Logs' or 'Operational Logs':
You will see the process:
5. After the job finished, go to 'System' --> 'Servers' --> 'Logs', select 'Agent Logs' of the endpoint server, and click 'Collect Logs' button:
6. Then, after the job finished, you can download the log to your own desktop, and, these logs are decrypted:

But in particular agent comunication happens between the server and the agent, where the total whole of the segment agents are facing the slowness, some link or happen from server to the agents. what is that? will you explain?
