I've come across an interesting bug with Workflow 7.0 and Windows 7. This may also be an issue with Workflow 6.5 and Windows 7 as well, but I have not been able to test it.
Problem
When viewing a form via the FormBuilder component in a WebForm or Workflow project, the form appears to zoom in when it is opened and continue to zoom in further for each subsequent open. Although it appears that the form is zooming in, the actual size of the form and the components (text boxes, labels, buttons, dropdowns, etc) on the form are increasing in size (ie. from 800x600 to 1000x750). This process repeats itself every time a form is opened. I initially believed that this bug only affected the way the forms were displayed in Workflow and not in deployments, but my experience with this was that the issue propagated all the way through to the deployment.
Solution
The workaround is to change your display settings in Windows 7. By default, Windows 7 sets your display settings to display screen elements at 125% their normal size. To change this to 100%, follow the directions below:
