Subscribing to Group Content and Setting Notification Intervals

Because of the new Symantec Sponsored Groups effort, many of you are new to product groups on Connect. This article shows you how to subscribe to group content and set up notification intervals.

You can subscribe to group content by checking Receive email notifications of new group content on the group page. This means that you will receive email notifications when something new is posted to the group.

Next, you can also set up the email notification interval so that you do not receive emails every time something new is posted to the group. Navigate to Profile > Notifications > Subscriptions and click edit next to each subscription.

You can also edit the subscriptions as a batch.
