Symantec DLP Upgrade to Ver 11.1.1 (Servers) Step by Step Plan

This document will help preparing a detailed step by step plan for Symantec DLP upgrade from ver 9 or ver 10.5 to ver 11.1.1.
This plan consists of Enforce, Oracle DB and Endpoint servers upgrade to 11.1.1
Please understand the following:
1. Plan assumes virtual servers to act as endpoint prevent servers.
2. Plan has network prevent for email (monitor mode)
3. Plan doesn't consists of DLP for storage (servers and storage, data at rest) and, we also don't have DLP for web. However, DLP discover and DLP for web can be upgraded in similar fashion after endpoint upgrade.

The most helpful part of entire Symantec connect is the Search button..do use it.
