Hello,

If not able to start any of the following wizard through navigation path, alternately can attempt to start by executing batch files directly.

1. Database Backup & Restore Wizard 
2. Migration Wizard
3. Management Server Configuration Wizard
4. SEPM Upgrade Wizard
5. SEPM Web access
6. SEPM login screen
7. SEP Client GUI
8. Database Update Time

Database Backup & Restore Wizard:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin \dbtools.bat

Migration Wizard:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin \firstuse.bat

Management Server Configuration Wizard:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin \sca.bat

SEPM Upgrade Wizard:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin \upgrade.bat

SEPM Web Access:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin \weburl.bat

SEPM Login Screen:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin \sesm.bat

Or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\console.bat

SEP Client GUI:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.4013.4013.105\Bin\SymcorpUI.exe

Update Time: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools\updatetime.bat 

It will update the system time.
