Unable to open any DLP incidents with error:
1.Your session timed out and you selected link that was no longer valid.
2.You used the browser back or forward button placing the system into an inconsistent state.
3.The system experienced a temporary problem.

Identification:

After troubleshooting for long hours, we came to know that issue was with Oracle server. This issue is occurred due to shortage of memory on Oracle server. The allocation of RAM was not enough on Oracle to complete the operations.

If you check the localhost.logs file on Enforce server you will get ORA-04030: out of process memory........error in the log file which indicates memory issue on Oracle Server.

Solution:

Need to allocate enough memory. Eg: 3GB memory to OS (Application use).

Please follow below mention steps to allocate the memory.

  1. Right-click My Computer and select Properties. The System Properties dialog box will appear.
  2. Click on Advanced tab.
  3. In the Startup and Recovery, click on Settings.
  4. Click on Edit. This will open the Windows boot.ini file in a Notepad.
  5. In the [Operating Systems] section, add the following switches end of the startup line that includes the /fastdetect switch: /3GB
  6. Save the changes and close the Notepad.
  7. Click OK twice to close dialog boxes
  8. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
