Yes, I visited Las Vegas ManageFusion 2008, and want to share the most remarkable moments over there.

Las Vegas; sin city. A city built on losers, as our cab driver told us.

I had a talk with Kevin Millecam, also known as the Juicemaster. He is the person who rewrites my articles, because he says I have a bad English writing. But my English is very well. He only translates it into American language.

I also had a chat with other Juice contributors. TRB48 and Screenbert. It is good to meet other Juice contributors, and to talk with them.

It is also very remarkable to see how many people recognized me from the pictures on the Juice. A couple of visitors on ManageFusion came to me asking, "are you ErikW"? or just came to me, and said, "hi Erik".

The second day was a very good one. The announcement of the takeover of AppStream makes Altiris/Symantec very strong in the world of Virtualisation. I talked to Brad Rowland about it, and he was very glad with it. Now they have to move 6 miles into the office of Altiris.

Most important on ManageFusion was all the news about SVS. There is a complete team set up to improve SVS, and to bring you much more of it. I wasn't able to get a scheduled date for the newest release. Still waiting for that one.

I showed a couple of people how DVS4SBC works in a terminal server environment, and I talked to people about the 64bit version I had built.

I loved and enjoyed Las Vegas. I'm already wanting to sign up for ManageFusion 2009.
