What Bugs Have Been Fixed in the Altiris Agent?

vortex0007's picture

Notification Server 6.0 SP3 is continually updated with cumulative bug fixes known as "Rollup" updates. For example at the time of this writing the most current Rollup is Notification Server 6.0 SP3 R11. For each of the 11 rollups, an Altiris knowledgebase article is created; however the newer version of the release notes only includes the most current set of bug fixes. For customers more than one revision behind, for example customers running R4, understanding what changed between R4 and R11 can be a challenge. This document is a compilation of all of the Altiris NS Agent bugs that have been corrected between NS 6.0 Sp3 R4 and NS 6.0 SP3 R11. This document is based on the releases notes publicly available at kb.altiris.com. Note that server side bug fixes are not included in this document.

At the time of this writing, NS 6.0 SP3 R11 is the latest release. The Altiris agent build included with NS 6.0 SP3 R11 is 6.0.2403.
