Double click the video and you will find that it's resolution is much better than youtube.

Doesn't work for me...

That doesn't work for me, but opening it with Firefox solves it.

There's a little computer icon at the bottom of the video window. If you click that, you get a full-screen version (with amazing clarity if I do say so myself).
