Me Too!I have the same issue
Product(s): Backup Exec - 2010, Backup Exec
Severity: Non-data threatening / major functionality
Status: Public fix available
Tech Note: More Information

If an SQL database, used for a Sharepoint 2007 Content DB, has additional Filegroups and\or Datafiles (.ndf), GRT backups of the Sharepoint Site using that Content DB, will fail with the error "0xe0001602 - Access is denied (Share point backup)". Non-GRT Sharepoint or SQL backups of that Content DB, will be successful.

This issue has been addressed with a Hotfix

The copy and paste options in the Recovery Point Browser on the Symantec Recovery Disk (SRD) are greyed out.

The workaround to this issue to access the command line and use xcopy or robocopy to copy data. To access the command line on the SRD, click on the 'Analyze' tab and then select 'Open Command Shell Window'.
