 When you open a recovery point with GRO 2010, you get the error "Error
encountered while attempting to prepare the Message Store 'Mailbox Store
(SERVER01)'

 BESRM 8.5.7 and approx 26 clients that are sitting in their DMZ.
Managed backups of those clients work fine. However add command
files and the backups sit in a pending state.

 BESR pings repeatedly on ip addresses 10.160.68.225 & 172.28.16.2 until
vprosvc service is stopped.

Notes : These 2 addresses are not IP subnet ranges in customer network.

 Full backups work correctly, but all incremental backups eject the cartridge
and fail with:

-Cannot create the recovery point.
--Error E7D1000B: Unable to make directory 'L:/'.
---Error E7D10026: Unable to get attributes for 'L:/'.
----Error EBAB03F1: The parameter is incorrect.

 Unable to mount recovery point when source volume is 1TB or larger. Mount
process shows 'Error E98F0032'.

The same recovery point can be opened within GRO. However, when expanding the
file system of the 1TB volume, the following error is seen:

Backup of a Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 or 2010 Information store may fail with the above error message during full or incremental backups of the database to a backup to disk or tape device

IMPORTANT NOTE: The deub log reports the following:
BEREMOTE: [06/30/10 10:21:19] [6180] Timed out when waiting for thread shutdown
