The next step after changing name of Backup Exec server name is :

c:\program files\symantec\Backup Exec\Beutility.exe 

1-select the "All media server node"

2-select the "media server(I.E server21)"

3- Right click on the "(server 21)".

4-select Update Configuration to Reflect new Media Server Name

5- Enter the new Domain Name and the Server Name

6- Enter previous Domain Name and the Server Name.
