Hi Andrew

We will take a look with pleasure, how does it integrate with a ServiceDesk7 server ? Does this AMS7 requires Win32 2003 server like current SMP 7 sp2, or does it requires x86-64 or IA-64 server, 2003? 2008?

Seems to be Win32, w2003, sql2005 only

I take a look in release note:

Prerequisites

  • Symantec Management Platform 7.0
  • Internet Explorer 7 or later

New installation
You can install this product by using the Symantec Installation Manager. You can download the installation files directly to your server or you can create offline installation packages.
For more information, see the Symantec Management Platform Installation Guide (see knowledgebase article 45732).

So I guess a win32 version only. Must also wait a 7.1 version for 64bits I guess?

Yes, That is correct, we are

 Yes,

That is correct, we are still into next year for AMS 7 support for 64-bit server support, as well as Server 2008 (again on the server)
