Does not appear to accomodate Helpdesk hotfix 27509
Is there a seperate version of this SLA Software to accomodate Helpdesk hotfix 27509 which seperates the WorkItemEdit.ascx into multiple pages? This software looks great and I would love to use it. It does not appear to accomodate the hotfix. Can we expect a newer version if there is not already one?
