Here is a little known site that Altiris rolled out without much fanfare or anything. When in fact it should have been more publicized.
This site combines all the features of the support round table for support requests, feature requests, licensing, hot fixes etc.
For me it works like a charm and I don't have to jump around from site to site to get things done for support.
Hope this helps you guys too from having to perform a circus act when getting into the various support sites.
