After a recent user group meeting where our company did a presentation on using the ASDK, I discovered that most of those in attendance thought that Altiris still charged for the ASDK.
It's free. No Charge. It's for you to keep. Yes -- you still have a license agreement, but you can use it to automate your Altiris environment to your hearts content.
The FREE ASDK can be downloaded from http://www.altiris.com/Download.aspx and choose SDK 1.4.
Good news
Yes, even if the free license can be know from many users , is a good idea give notice about it.
