Take a look at the AMTdiag tool - http://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-5582.
This will perform a series of tests for both Intel AMT system and the Intel SCS system. The output will be a .NFO file.
Sometimes it helps to see what Intel AMT reports locally when provisioning the technology has been a barrier to project progress.
