All these groups are live now! We encourage you to join these sponsored groups and start collaborating with our product team to make our solutions as valuable to you as they can be.

I am trying to install a Kyocera Copier/Printer/Scanner and the company that we are installing this machine has Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business and I have a question. I need to make an exception on the windows firewall and Symanted firewall so these machines can communicate. I can print fine but I can not scan. How do you make exception for this Kyocera Machine in the symanted software?
Thanks,
OPC
Im trying to find out the following questions.
1.Does AV of 12.1.1 support Windows Server 2012?
2.Can the new version of AV 12.1.2 work on SEPM (management console) version 12.1.1.?
3.Can I upgrade SEPM from V12.1.1 to AV 12.1.2 without failure or loosing client connections currently working?
4.What is the next version of Live Update Administrator? Are there some steps I can use to upgrade?
