We are in waiting,

Windows 2012 Server released since last year and still we can not take a backup.

We are really evaluating other Competitors like Veeam.

At looong last support for Windows 2012. Do not see most of this a other than what you would expect to be able with an enterprise backup system

Agree that a year from GA to support is way too long.

Not sure what you mean. The download page clearly identifies each download package and what it is used for. Perhaps you could explain in more detail the problem you are having?

I think that all the issues related to backup applications such exchange sql sharepoint installed on vmware still exist ,and will not be solved before NBU7.6

I would not reccomnded using Exchange 2013 for the time being.  There have been issuses with exchange 2013 restores.  Currnelty Symantec is waiting on Microsoft to make changes to thier code.

In addtion, please see : -

In NetBackup, some Exchange 2013 CU1 or CU2 backups may appear to succeed, but restore attempts fail.
