I initially had a problem with our speeds for Backup Exec being slow. Our backup was taking 16 hours. I called support and installed new tape drive drivers and it appeared to work and we got throughput of 1024 mgs. Out of the blue the backup started taking longer and the throughput is down again to 200-500mgs.
I've searched on the knowledgebase and could only find an article referencing a service pack. Can someone tell me if they have encountered this problem and point me in a direction for resolving it?
Thank you,
