We are happy to announce the Beta Program for Symantec™ System Recovery 2013 R2 release. We are seeking Symantec System Recovery customers who are interested in testing, validating and actively providing feedback on Symantec System Recovery code within their lab and/or production environments. You can be among the first to see all new features of Symantec System Recovery, and your valuable feedback can help shape the future of Symantec System Recovery.

This new version of Symantec System Recovery 2013 R2 delivers one of the most powerful and reliable backup and recovery solutions available today. This release focuses on providing support for latest platforms such as Windows 8.1 Update1, Windows 2012 R2 Update (KB2919355), VMWare ESXi 5.5; support for latest Linux distributions such as RHEL 6.5, CentOs 6.5, CentOs 5.10 etc. Other features include incremental backup support for Resilient File System (ReFS) and native 4K disks.

We anticipate that the beta program will start in August 2014. Additional details will be communicated upon acceptance into the beta program.
