There should be done something for indian users to encash their reward points to get some gifts as amazon.com doesn't ship most intems to india. symantec can give some gift certificates  for website that ships to india like e-bay.co.in or any other.

As a system Admin my job was to secure user data and provide minimal down time for a network consisting of 1500+ PCs, 300+ terminals, 300+ Thin Clients, 50+ laptops, all within an area of 15 kilometers..  I was unable to do so because of the number of viruses spread throughout our network. 

when ever i type in something like "symantec uable to detect virus" or " failing to protec from virus" in google search,  it brings up links from  symantec forums which I don't like as it may go against symantec .can you do something about this by blocking the forum in google search.

I have posted an Article in "tell your story contest" whaich has 1000 points .but I got only 200 points for normal Article posting why this happened can I know?

why 200 points instead of 1000 ?

I have written an article on why and how one of our client  switched back to the symantec security roduct .but  don't know how to publish it for the contest.

can anyoe help me on this?

Now a days there are so many choice in Antivirus market, not like earlier days when Norton and Mcafee were the only ones .So How many of you still think that  Symantec  Antivirus are the best of the rest. How many have tried other Antivirus product and found not so good  and which are those antivirus products.

From my experience the new points system has disappointed people because earlier when i post a Tech Question on forum I used to get lots of reply and some of them are really usefull but now things have changed I have to wait for a day or more to get a single answer .as people are now not interested in 1 point.

For Me First of all

                  1) It should detect All Viruses and Spywares .(most important) It should scan and detect anything that enters to the system via any medium such as Ethernet or Bluetooth etc.
