  • Tuned database memory allocation to improve performance.
  • Performed database cleanup to remove settings from legacy SymAccount code.
  • Installed the Akamai module so we can flush the Akamai cache for targeted pages when the need arises.
  • Disabled the language selector that allows users to view the Connect User Interface in German, French, or Spanish.
  • Created a custom "Know Issues Contributors" report that summaries the activity of all users with the Known Issues role.
  • Created a custom "Known Issues Detail Stats" report that compiles and summarizes stats like how many users clicked on the "Me Too" voting widget for each Known Issue in the system.
  • Fixed an issue with 'up/down' vote tracking in Omniture.
  • Fixed an issue with 'Me Too' (Known Issues) vote tracking in Omniture.
  • Refactored symantec_forums_link() function to improve performance of forum list pages.
  • Fixed an issue with Connect cookies that was causing problems in a support application that reads data from Connect.
