Crystal Reports 9

I just tried to Install Crystal Reports 9 and I get a lot of errors that tell me it can't register dll's. The main interface window will come up but it's not functional at all.

What OS was the VSA capture performed on: WinXP SP2

List of OS versions VSA was tested on: 2.0.1393

Capture hints: I have used just the installation package, no further updates.
