Travelport needed to improve visibility into its environment. Prior to implementing Altiris, IT could see how many endpoints were on the network, but had now way to really manage each individual system from a single location. To address this problem, Travelport implemented Altiris IT Management Suite (ITMS), which allows Travelport to have a single view into its environment and makes it possible to manage each individual system centrally.
