Help us understand your needs and frustrations...

The Symantec Enterprise Vault Product Management and Engineering teams are constantly striving to improve Enterprise Vault as a product as well as continuously improving your customer experience. As a result, we would like to invite you to give us your candid feedback by completing the survey below by August 31, 2012.

Your feedback is very important to us; the results will drive toward an improved product, help guide product direction, and possibly result in new feature development. We estimate that the survey will only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. To thank you for your time, where allowable by law and your organisation’s policies, we will be offering the first 120 customers to complete the survey a $25 electronic gift card*.

Thank you again for taking your valuable time to share your feedback and help guide future product direction.

Andy Nash
Director - Enterprise Vault Product Management

* For the first 120 responders who submit a completed survey. Limit 1 gift card per organization (first respondent from the organization if among first 120 responders). No purchase necessary. Recipients of the $25 USD (or equivalent currency in Canada and the United Kingdom) gift card will be notified by email within 6-8 weeks. Employees of government agencies or organizations are not eligible to receive gift cards but may complete the survey. Void where prohibited by law. Offer expires 8/31/12.

I missed the survey, but I think this product line should be expanded to include Linux and not be Windows-centric, especially for those who aren't looking for an email archive solution, but an open-systems file management solution (beyond the archive functionality in NBU).

EV can archive from NFS file systems with integration from one of our partners. If you have need for NFS archiving message me directly with true contact details and we can discuss
