After a very cool demo at VMworld VirtualStorm shocked the VM people.

Running over 450 VM's on each host and still having a very great response. Actually these 450 VM's could be used by users without seeing any latency or experiencing unresponsiveness. The images run a small script that generates some load. It simulates end users and preforms some tasks.

After an 18 hour trip we are finally in San Francisco. Great city to be in, especially if you have never been there before. We took a cab from the airport to 5th Street where our hotel is. After some shopping and a very great steak it's time to get some sleep. The time difference is 9 hours, so at the time we went to bed, 9 PM, for us it is 6 AM.

Last week I was in Connecticut visiting a company that has several Connect members. I was invited to create a package with an Internet Explorer that needed a special Java version.

The image the customer used had Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Java version 1.5-15 installed for their application.

During the last three years I've posted a lot of articles on what was first the Juice and is now Symantec Connect. I wanted to look back on all these articles and what they gave me as a technical writer and specialist. I will give you the links to all the articles, but I also wanted to make article 100 a special gift to the community.
