EV SharePoint configuration archiving usability study 11/21 - 11/24
Our team believes the only way to build truly useful products is to make sure users, like yourself, have a voice in the design process. We would love to get your feedback to continue to shape Enterprise Vault’s direction.
We are looking for Enterprise Vault administrators with experience in configuring Policies for archiving, along with SharePoint working knowledge. If you do not feel you are the right person for this, we would greatly appreciate if you could point us to someone at your company who you feel would be appropriate for this study.
Here are some additional details of the study:
- During the 90 minute 1:1 remote session, you will be asked:
· Some preliminary questions about your job, and duties
· To interact with the Enterprise Vault and SharePoint
· About your experiences using Enterprise Vault and SharePoint
· Closing questions about your overall experience
- If permissible by your company policy, we will offer you a $175 gift card as thanks for participation.

- Your role in your company and how do you currently use Enterprise Vault and SharePoint
- Your contact information (email & phone number, location)
- Preferred session date/time (please include your time zone). Please provide 2 or more preferences, in order to secure a session slot.
Openings are filled on a first-response basis; however, we have numerous rounds of usability testing every year. If you are unable to participate in this round, please let us know if you would be interested in future usability testing.

Good that EnterpriseVault
Good that EnterpriseVault is willing to improve its designs by holding that study session. By getting feedback from as many administrators as possible, they can hope to improve its design and usability. I like that for their efforts, they would be getting a gift card. $175 can surely net you some good products!
