Failed Reporting for Application Metering

I recently had someone ask the following:

I watched your video regarding application metering, I can make everything work besides the reports. The application metering agent doesn't seem to report anything back to ns server. I tried some different settings but I cannot get it to work, do you have any experience about this?

Usually the problem is how you setup the task. When you setup the task you have four options:

• Send application start events
• Sending application stop events
• Deny users the ability to run the applications in this monitor policy
• Send application denial events

The top two and the bottom one are what send back the reports that get put in the database. Make sure one of those are checked and you should be able to see reports.
