Fileconnect Issue: Prompting for a Username and Password

Please follow the work around when log id and password is being prompted when visiting the fileconnect site https://fileconnect.symantec.com to download any Symantec software:

1. Clear cache and delete cookies.

2. Open a new browser and type in the site fileconnect site again https://fileconnect.symantec.com

3. On address link showing https://fileconnect.symantec.com/dispatch, delete dispatch word and it will lead you to Select Language page again

4. If there's no success by following Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3, contact Customer Care and send a screenshot of the Fileconnect page for further investigation.
