Fileconnect Issue: Prompting for a Username and Password

Please follow the work around when log id and password is being prompted when visiting the fileconnect site to download any Symantec software:

1. Clear cache and delete cookies.

2. Open a new browser and type in the site fileconnect site again

3. On address link showing, delete dispatch word and it will lead you to Select Language page again

4. If there's no success by following Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3, contact Customer Care and send a screenshot of the Fileconnect page for further investigation.
