Free XML Editors

erikw's picture

Many of the tips submitted to the Juice lately have suggested editing an XML file in some sort or fashion.

Editing an XML file can be done with notepad or wordpad or, if you want some additional functionality without a high price, check out: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/xmlnotepad.html

XML Notepad is a very easy and free solution that will make you an XML maven overnight.

Notepad++

I've built Notepad++ into an SVS layer and use that for a lot of editing XML files. I love the highlighting and tabbing it does to make files readable.
