A question that quite often comes up from customers and partners when we release a new version of the product, as we did a few months ago with V10, is "when will you stop supporting version x y or z". This is actually a very easy question to answer because Symantec has a clear policy on our approach to product support life cycle.

Now that EV10 is generally available we're pleased to say that you can now learn more about it using the Tech Center resource. These provide many bite sized modules (too many to list here) on the various V10 features; and best of all they are all available completely free.

Some of you might already have heard of our Techcenter offering, it's been around for a few years now and it's a great resource for both new and seasoned Enterprise Vault admins. We used to offer some free modules but recently all the modules have been made available and are ready for you to go download and watch.

We're pleased to announce that 9.0.2 is now available, you can get the software update via FileConnect. If you're not sure about how to use FileConnect or need further information then please follow this technote which should answer most of your questions.
