I am tired of trying to contact a person at Symantec or clicking on "Help", and getting nothing but computer generated responses, that usually have nothing to do with my problem.  Symantec purposely avoids supplying any Support Hotline because they want noone to ever call them with an actual problem.  The program has been, for the past 10 years, seemingly better than MacAfee
