How do partner enrol for STS exam?

Partner going for STS proctored exam,
please go to http://www.prometric.com/Symantec/default.htm
Some Points to note:
Partners are required to key in their PartnerNet login id details before they could register for their exam. Ensure the email address is the same as the one referenced in the PartnerNet.
The exam fee is US$ 40 payable through credit card online
Also click the preferred test site that is convenient to registrant.
remember, if you need to do a re-take, please wait for a cooling period of 3 business days before the next attempt.

i'am an IT engennir and i want to pass the ST0 certification exam butt i have these problem:
as you see my account is partner and it is active but when i'm contacting prometric center
they told me that my account is inactive and should i contact Symantec to assit.?????
what should i do,my account is active but in prometric does not

select sales or technical menu. here you can get the training of product and register for the exam also
