Issue                 :-  SEP Client Install roll back  on Windows Vista Enterprise Machine . (SEP 11)

Solution   
In Windows Vista

Open Control Panel
Open Regional and Language Options
Under 'Current Formats' select 'US English'
Click OK

Should be able to install Sep 11

Hi Shaizad,

good to see you sharing your experience of solving a case.

I think all the technicians should do it more often.

When you solve an interesting case, just share how you did it, and more importantly, how did you identify the root cause.

If you referred any documents, mention those as well.
