  • IT B04 - Simplifying Remote Management to Improve End User Service and Endpoint Compliance

    • Abstract: In the perfect world all IT tasks could be automated. However, there are exceptions to the rule. Helpdesk teams must resolve userconcerns quickly. Server and computer administrators must remediate non-compliant systems. Symantec provides multiple tools to remotely manage these exception scenarios. This session provides an overview of remote management tools in the Symantec IT Management Suite including pcAnywhere, Real-Time System Manager (RTSM) and Remote Altiris Agent Diagnostics (RAAD).
