Paolo,
In virtualstorm we have a layer that contains some very specific settings.
If a user logson and is member of the group italian, the layer MUI-Italian is activated and the whole mage is transferred in Italian.
The layer Mui-German gives german etc.
This makes us able to use one single Image customised for every country.
Virtualstorm is even automatically added to the correct domain.
For an ISP, we developed a way so when a user logson the machine is added to his domain, and then we load the specific language layer for that user.
The new IE8 MUI is a very good enhancement for what we are doing.
Thans for pointing us out on this.
