Microsoft announced the availability of the Internet Explorer Administration Kit 10, which is destined to simplify the creation, deployment, and management of Internet Explorer 10 packages.  It can be used to configure the out-of-box Internet Explorer 10 experience, and to manage user settings after deployment.
