All the other agents in the documentation for HF2 upgraded just fine - including the the SMA.
First, you need to upgrade Symantec Management Agent on your Site Services and after that they should appear in resource target of appropriate Site Service plug-in rollout upgrade policy.
I applied the update as I am still in a validation environment with minimal clients attached. It should also be mentioned that I got carried away thinking I knew what I was doing, when I don't and may have caused this by enabling upgrade policies too soon, then got frustrated (before enlightenment struck and I read the release notes) and did a push re-install of Mac agents to the 2 machines I am testing with. I have added repeating schedules to the upgrade policies, instead of a one time ASAP setting, but that didn't do any thing and further, they don't seem to be picked up in the filters, unless I am looking at the wrong ones, but I don't think so.
Any ideas? Can I manually update these agents/plug-ins?
Just wondering if anyone has implimented this yet, we are interested on one of the fixes that is included in this hotfix. If you have implimented hotfix 2 are there any issues as we usually see with Altiris updates?
It includes fixes from hf1.
When SIM updates you will see just the HF2 as options
Does HF2 include the fixes in HF1 or do you need to install HF1 and then HF2.
