Everything is nice the food, the sessions and the people although something feels more like a sales event then a user conference. This is my 5th user conference 3 were before Altiris was Symantec so I may be comparing apples to oranges but hey it's my blog. There are a lot more women at the event yet it is still very much a male oriented conference.

At first I was bummed out when the catalog went away boo hoo no cruise. Then I looked at Amazon and realized how sweet this deal is. I had over 25000 points so I shopped a lot which is great since I like to shop. First I got some "Pergo flooring" to redo the dining room and living room in my home. Then I purchased a new gas range for the kitchen.

Using Helpdesk Console 6.5 Supposedly workers can add new queries by modifying an existing query or creating your own SQL expressions. The Clone icon brings up the New Query page pre-populated with the properties of the selected query. This lets you easily create a new query based on the properties of an existing one.

Let me start this by saying I know how helpful Active Directory (AD) can be. Unfortunately, our network admin has yet to learn this valuable life lesson ;)
