With all the transitions in life, we are naturally nervous about change. We had this apprehension when we learned that the VeriSign Seal would be changing to a Norton Secured Seal. However, our fears were quickly put to rest by Symantec Trust Services (formerly VeriSign). Since 2003, Trustico has successfully partnered with VeriSign, and we’ve been fortunate to present the VeriSign Seal proudly on our website since that time. We will do the same with the new Norton Secured Seal. And with this new transition, we’ve found we’re not the only ones to feel at ease.

Symantec has made the brand transition process for partners and customers completely hassle-free. Customers can rest easy knowing Symantec will take responsibility for implementing the new Norton Secured Seal to their site. For partners, Symantec has provided very easy to follow step-by-step guidelines on the best ways to go about changing websites and other marketing material to make the whole process as seamless as possible.

Just like Symantec, we have a strong focus on customer service and believe in offering SSL Solutions that fit our customers’ needs. There are many SSL options to choose from out there, and we understand it can be very confusing and overwhelming. We strongly recommend that customers go with the name they know they can trust with the highest standards in security. We always recommend VeriSign products (now from Symantec), because the range of SSL Certificates meet the needs of many different types of businesses. By choosing SSL and Trust Seal products from such a well-respected and recognized company, businesses are able to leverage their own reputation, and as a result, gain customer trust and drive more sales. 

Our customers are very diverse - ranging from florists and online gift stores to large global organizations and educational institutions. Our customers look for solutions to secure their web server traffic as well as ensure their websites are free of malicious code.

Unlike other SSL providers, Trustico was not born out of a hosting or domain name company, so we have been able to focus purely on providing the right SSL solution to meet our clients’ needs.
