The "Symantec Management Platform MR4" was release to SolutionSam yesterday via an update of the Symantec.pl.xml files [1].

This SMP MR4 comes on top of the current SMP SP5 release and includes numerous fixes provided in HOWTO36013 (the SP5 pointfix rollup).

I logged on a customer system last week that had issues downloading packages.

It turned out to be a couple of package problem:
