Missing network connections when restoring virtual machines

We had the same issue as "missing-network-connections-when-restoring-virtual-machines", but we were restoring windows VM, and we had missing (empty) network connections dialog box. What had helped us is kb HOWTO44542.

PS: Our NBU environment is 7.1.0.4

PS2: look at virtual-machine-recovery-issues as well (not possible in our case) and vmware slow browsing TECH128037 (dns issues)
