***Update 27/06/2012

In the upcoming SMM 7.2 release there have been some changes to the underlying database schema. For this reason, if you import the 'Custom Mobile Reports' it is likely some will be missing data. I have therefore created a new set of reports for the SMM 7.2 version. This bundle has been provided in the attachments section and includes the following reports:

Applications Report - All Devices

Applications Report - Android

Applications Report - iOS

Device Management Status

Device Network Details

Last check in time

Manage Devices

Phone Inventory Details

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have created some additional reports to supplement those delivered out of the box with the Mobile Management Solution. Credit goes to 'Ashuter' for several of these (including a 'step-by-step' on how these were created). You can see his original articles here: http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/mdm-device-ownership and here: http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/manage-mobile-devices-report

The reports included with this article are:

Devices not reporting GEO information

iOS - Applications Report

iOS - Device Management Status

iOS - Device Network Details

iOS - Jailbroken Devices Network Details

iOS - Jailbroken Devices Owner E-mails

iOS - Last check in time

iOS - Phone Inventory Details

Manage iOS Devices (includes context-sensitive right-click for iOS management options).

Thanks for putting these up, Mark.

We use several of these reports in automated policies, so users/IT are e-mailed various information about the environment.
