Upgrade/Update path from PD 6.2.1 to 6.5.1

Is it true that I can upgrade my PD 6.2.1 in two steps to 6.5.1 ? (first update to 6.2.2 then run this latest 6.5.1 code)?
(I think the http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/319370.htm is not very clear about it )
We are running PD 6.2.1 on a VM ESX 3.02 environment (1 SPA, 2 MBE's and 2 CR's)
Does this update have any implications on the licenses?
afaik PD 6.5.1  can run on ESX 3.5+?
Thanks for any info.

upgrade

Hi,

Yes, you will have to first upgrade to 6.2.2. and then upgrade to 6.5.1.

There should be a seperate license for 6.5. You can contact your account manager for this.
