I have noticed a drop up to 2/3 in backup performance on HP-UX 11.31 systems where PHKL_41700 is installed. A support case at HP provided the follwing information:

Well, it seems that my Vision 2010 trip will be extra long this year with a built in (not voluntary) vacation. Air space of northern Europe is closed and my flight grounded.
Vegas - I will be around for 5 more days before I MAYBE get a change to go home.
