i tried so many workaround but finally i got successful when i reinstall the Netbackup Client Software from the client side. Actually i changed the name of the client and after that i faced the error which i mentioned. I might think that even you correct/update the host file, DNS or any network related thing which is must for name resolution we cant successful if we change the name of client but dont reinstall the Netbackup Client Software. May be in somewhere the Netbackup Client stores the information of Host name/PC name
